Anthony D’Alto II is an associate in the New Orleans office. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on July 3, 1973. He graduated from Tulane University, Paul Tulane College with a B.A. in economics in 1995. He obtained his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1999, where he was a member of the New England Law Review; and obtained an LL.M. in Admiralty and Maritime Law from Tulane Law School in 2000.

Prior to joining Fowler Rodriguez Valdes-Fauli, Mr. D’Alto was an associate with Peuler & Ernst in New Orleans, Louisiana, where his practice involved civil litigation in maritime and energy matters, as well as matters involving insurance defense. He also has extensive experience handling appeals in both Federal and State Courts.

Mr. D’Alto’s article, Deciphering the Applicable Substantive Law to Apply to Maritime Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Cases in the Wake of Yamaha Motor Corp. V. Calhoun, was published in Volume 34 of the New England Law Review in the Summer of 2000.
